Jessica Crouch, PA-C

Jessica Crouch is a board-certified Physician Assistant with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She completed her undergraduate education at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Studies, concentration in Pre-health Professions. She then earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC.

Upon graduation, Jessica settled in Hickory, NC where she worked in urgent care for 6 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as their 2 dogs, Maci and Theo. Jessica loves cooking, traveling and cheering on her Carolina Panthers.

Jessica is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate their fertility journeys, providing support, education, and care every step of the way. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her patients and contributing to their fertility success.
