A board-certified embryologist and andrologist, Dr. de Quadros earned her PhD in Reproductive Clinical Science, focusing on chromosomal fragile sites and their role in embryo development and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT). Her research has advanced understanding of embryo genetics, mosaicism, and developmental potential—bridging the gap between cutting-edge science and clinical success.

In her role, Dr. de Quadros oversees all aspects of the IVF and andrology laboratories, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and care.
